One-page Web Presence ($350):

This package is for those businesses or organizations that would like a web site to advertise their business at minimum expense. A typical and ideal web page can be downloaded and printed out on a standard 8.5-inch by 11-inch sheet of paper.

AmericaEBusiness will:

  • Customize a web site design to suit the client’s requirements
  • Include client’s company logo (to be provided by client)
  • Include up to two (2) photos at client’s request
  • Include business contact information including links to client email address
  • Develop & include key html  “meta tags” that will drive individual internet searches to client’s web site
  • Upload and test client’s site
  • Your business domain name will be:  http://www.americaebusiness.com/yourbusiness

Standard Business Web Site Package ($950):

This package is for most businesses or organizations that would like an economical web site in order to improve their business.  The business may have already registered a domain name or may wish to register a domain name of their choice.

AmericaEBusiness will:

  • Customize a web site design (up to 10 pages) to suit the client’s requirements
  • Include client’s company logo (to be provided by client)
  • Include up to (10) photos at client’s request
  • Include business contact information including links to client email address
  • Develop & include key html  “meta tags” that will drive individual internet searches to client’s web site
  • Upload and test client’s web site
  • Search for a domain name available and acceptable to client (if necessary)
  • Register domain name for client (if necessary).  Registration fee to be paid by client is in addition to design fee listed above)

Professional Business Web Site Package ($1,500 and up): 

This package is for professional businesses or organizations that would like an comprehensive web site in order to provide extensive information about their business.  The business may have already registered a domain name or may wish to register a domain name of their choice.

AmericaEBusiness will:

  • Customize a web site design to suit the client’s requirements
  • Include client’s company logo (to be provided by client)
  • Include any number of photos at client’s request
  • Include business contact information including links to client email addresses
  • Develop & include key html  “meta tags” that will drive individual internet searches to client’s web site
  • Upload and test client’s web site
  • Search for a domain name available and acceptable to client (if necessary)
  • Register domain name for client (if necessary).  Registration fee to be paid by client is in addition to design fee listed above)
  • Develop the level of web site sophistication required by client
  • Negotiate an agreement mutually satisfactory to AmericaEBusiness and client

Search for a Domain Name (or Internet Address) for your Business, Association or Organization.

 

This includes a registration fee that varies depending on the term selected and type of domain extension.  The term can be 1, 2, 5 or 10 years.  The longer the term the less expensive the annual cost of registration.  The type of domain extension depends on whether you are interested in a business web site or a web site for an association or organization.  The “.com” extension is recommended for businesses and the “.org” extension is recommended for associations and organizations.  If you have not already acquired your domain name, we will 1) search for the availability of names, 2) provide you with a selection of choices of the best names available, and 3) register the domain name or names approved by you for a fee of $100 + registration fee.  Registration fees are as follows:

Web Site Set-up and Design

 

A typical and ideal web page can be downloaded and printed out on a standard 8.5-inch by 11-inch sheet of paper.  The web site will be compatible with Microsoft’s Internet Explorer web browser.

 

The main content of each web page is to be provided by client, preferably via electronic mail.  Any photos to be included on the web pages shall also be provided by client, preferably by email.  Photos sent by mail will be scanned and posted on the web page or sub-page designated by you. 

 

Professional web sites should be designed to be straight forward, functional and useful.  There are many existing web sites that do not project a professional image and are not as functional as they should be.  AmericaEBusiness will use its knowledge and experience in the design of professional web sites to ensure that your business or organization will have a web presence that will be both professional and functional and will incorporate the many lessons learned over the last few years in web page development.  Key html  “meta tags” will be developed to help drive individual internet searches to your web site to provide an additional advertising opportunity for your business or organization.

 

Web-Hosting Service

 

In addition to the web site design services indicated above, there will be an outsourcing charge of approximately $240-$360/year for hosting the web site through an internet service provider.
